How to use this resource
Download and review the complete toolkit before implementation. The documents are generic templates and should be adapted to the individual site's equipment, processes, HACCP plan, hygiene zoning, risk assessments, responsibilities and document-control system. Assign local document numbers, owners, approval authorities, review periods and record-retention requirements. Relevant personnel should be trained before the forms are introduced. The toolkit should be used alongside the site's official current BRCGS Global Standard Food Safety Issue 9 documentation, applicable Position Statements, legislation, customer requirements and site procedures. AFME templates do not replace the official BRCGS Standard or site-specific risk assessment.
