AFME-EM-01 Engineering Statutory Compliance Calendar
One register of the statutory inspections, examinations and tests a food manufacturing site's engineering team must plan, with a 12-month planner. Missed statutory inspections are a legal, insurance and audit risk, and they are easy to lose track of when responsibilities are split between engineering, facilities, H&S and contractors. This register brings the common items for a UK food site into one place with typical frequencies, so you can assign owners and plan the year.

3. Assign an owner and record where certificates are kept.
4. Transfer due dates into the 12-month planner and your CMMS.
5. Review monthly at the engineering meeting; treat overdue items as a priority.
